Worked as CEO, Regional President, Business Line President, Managing Director, Operations Manager and Functional Head. Served on the boards of 4 companies in Canada and the Middle East.

Currently serves on the boards of 5 companies in the Middle East, North Africa and India.

Impressive record in corporate reorganization and multi-national team building and highly developed strategic planning skills. Some accomplishments are:

Planned, raised funds and established a technology, consulting and services company.

Restructured and reorganized the struggling Middle East business unit of a major industrial automation company and lead it to growth and profitability. Tripled the orders over 3 years and achieved 260% increase in revenues and 280% increase in profits over the same period and Led the team to close a Nuclear Power deal in China worth more than $250 million.

Envisioned, structured, negotiated and set up 2 successful joint ventures to expand markets and business Identified and recommended several acquisitions targets and lead the teams that successfully negotiated and closed two strategic acquisitions and led the integration project.

Integrated and rebuilt the sales organizations of 6 merged companies into a single sales force that achieved annual revenue increase from $295 million to $420 million in 2 years.


Career History

Prior to establishing and launching ExcellenceO2 and OptimInd, Nabil was member of the Executive Council and President of the MENA and Asia operations of Invensys Operations Management (IOM) where he worked since 2005. Prior to that He worked for 20 years at Schlumberger in Asia, North America, Africa and MENA where he held several senior and executive management positions. Before joining Schlumberger Nabil worked as a Petroleum Engineer for 3 years with Total.

His first hand knowledge and experience in some of the world most important markets such as China, India, Middle East, USA & Canada enable him to be extremely effective at whatever endeavor he undertakes. He is a recognized and respected leader who is highly admired for his record of success and achievement. He is an accomplished communicator and a frequent public speaker.

Nabil holds a M.Eng in Control Systems from Sheffield University, Diploma in Management from Sloan School of Management and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham University.
